ISLAMABAD: The graph of corona cases in Pakistan is increasing rapidly. In terms of the number of cases, Pakistan has become the 14th country in the world out of 213 countries. Pakistan improved from one point to the 13th to the 14th position.
In the last 24 hours, 3,946 new cases have been reported in the country, while 105 more patients have died, according to an update released by the National Command and Operations Center. 185,034 people have been affected, while the death toll has risen to 3,695.
In terms of population in Pakistan, the Coronavirus statistics show that in the last few days, the death rate in 1 million people has risen from 16 to 17 percent, while the number of cases in 1 million people has also increased. It was increased to 838. The rate of tests performed to diagnose coronavirus is 5,104 per 1 million population.
The number of patients currently undergoing treatment for corona in different cities of the country is 1,7,868. So far, 73,471 patients have recovered from the disease caused by the virus, while the condition of 3,236 patients is critical.
The command center said that the highest number of deaths occurred in Punjab with 1,495 deaths, followed by 1,103 deaths in Sindh, 843 deaths in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 104 deaths in Balochistan, 106 deaths in Islamabad 22 deaths in Gilgit-Baltistan and 22 deaths have been recorded in Azad Kashmir.
Sindh has the highest number of Corona cases at 71,092, Punjab has 68,308 Corona cases, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 22,633, Islamabad has 11,219, Balochistan has 9,587 and Gilgit-Baltistan has 1,326 Corona cases reported. However, the number of cases in Azad Kashmir is 869.
During the last 24 hours, 24,599 krona tests were conducted in the country. According to the NCOC, 1,126,761 krona tests have been conducted in the country so far. 37,044 patients have recovered in Sindh, 19,580 in Punjab, 6,869 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 5,012 in Islamabad, 3,670 in Balochistan, 946 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 350 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
