Pakistan IT exports up 21%, trade adviser

Trade Adviser Abdul Razzaq Dawood says Pakistan’s information technology (IT) exports increased by 21%.

On social media site Twitter, the trade adviser said that the country’s exports from the IT sector earned 1 billion in 11 months.

Abdul Razzaq Dawood wrote that the efforts of the Ministry of Information Technology have resulted in huge foreign exchange and e-commerce policy will further boost the IT industry.

The Trade Adviser said that the Ministry of Commerce and Overseas Trade Missions would continue to cooperate with the IT sector. Foreign investors can invest in this sector.
