The provincial minister for slums, Murtaza Baloch, died of the Coronavirus. He had been undergoing treatment at a local hospital in Karachi for several days.
Murtaza Baloch was recently admitted to a private hospital due to Coronavirus. He was shifted to ICU due to ill health.
It is to be noted that Provincial Minister Ghulam Murtaza Baloch had been continuously engaged in public service since the outbreak of Coronavirus.
Murtaza Baloch was twice elected Member Provincial Assembly and was also the President of PPP Malir District.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, and PPP leaders have expressed grief over the death of Ghulam Murtaza Baloch.
Bilawal Bhutto said that Ghulam Murtaza Baloch continued his public service in the lockdown, he stood by the PPP in every era.
