KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has presented a financial budget of Rs 1.24 trillion for the financial year 2020-20.
According to details, the Sindh government presented a budget of Rs 1.24 trillion for the next financial year 2020-21 in the assembly. Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah presented the budget. Opposition members chanted slogans on occasion.
In a meeting chaired by Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani, Murad Ali Shah said that he was proud to be presenting the budget for the eighth time.
The Sindh Chief Minister said that the province was facing difficulties due to coronavirus and locust heart, and that was the reason why the budget was prepared to keep in view the plight of the people.
