Sushant Singh Rajput death: A resident in Muzaffarpur filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty
A criminal case complaint was filed in Bihar court, accusing actor Rhea Chakraborty of supporting the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
A complaint in Bihar court was filed yesterday, accusing actress Rhea of supporting the suicide of the Sushant Singh Rajput. Rhea Chakraborty confirmed during the investigation with Mumbai police that she was in relation to Sushant Singh Rajput, and they were supposed to get married end of this year.
A resident of Patahi locality in Muzaffarpur Kundan Kumar filed his appeal before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar. It has been forwarded for hearing on June 24, Wednesday.
This is the 2nd petition filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in the north Bihar town of Muzaffarpur in linking with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput Patna-born actor. He was found dead at his house in Mumbai on Sunday, June 14.
Earlier this week, a local advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha had filed a similar petition naming Bollywood bigwigs Salman Khan, Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ekta Kapoor as accused. Ojha had alleged that the heavyweights had tried to stall the career of the upcoming star.
Kundan Kumar has accused Rhea Chakraborty of “financial and mental exploitation” of Sushant. “My client is a huge fan of Sushant Singh Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide), and 420 (fraud),” Kumar’s lawyer Kamlesh told reporters.
